Network Monitoring and Management
Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis
Escalation Management
Escalation support for L1 team, plus regular management and administration tasks
Troubleshooting and repair of issues causing Non availability of the services being rendered by the various Network devices.
Management and deployment capabilities of Enterprise Networks
Product knowledge of Heterogeneous communication technologies like Leased-Lines, ISDN, V-sat connectivity, broadband and dial-up.
Deployment of Multiple WAN technologies like Point-to-point networks, MPLS networks etc.
Working knowledge of GETVPN
Experienced in multiple routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP and BGP.
Knowledge of QoS applications/devices.
Network Configuration hardening.
Managing migrations, upgrades of network devices/security applications.
