Technical Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA)
Proven experience in Network design, preferably datacentre environment
Proven experience in hands-on installation of network devices and related cabling.
Proficiencies in general IT knowledge related to networking.
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be a self-starter, excellent organization, excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must be proficient in using Visio for creating or editing network drawings
Other Qualifications:
• An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) is preferred
• Relevant certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, are a plus
Experience with Cisco Nexus 9000, C9200, and 3850 models is strongly preferred
Domain Skills:
Experience in Security & Risk Management, Asset Security, Security Engineering, Communications & Network Security and Identity & Access Management
Process Skills:
Capable of analyzing requirements as per project defined software process
Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)
Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute for the problem solving.
Behavioral Skills :
Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
Certification:
Education qualification: B.Tech, BE degree from a reputed college
