Description

Design, develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-based solutions to meet business requirements. Integrate new solutions with existing cloud or on-premise infrastructure while ensuring minimal impact to business operations.

Install, configure, test, and maintain Windows Server operating systems, application software, and system management tools in an Azure-hosted environment.

Design, install, configure, and proactively manage network devices (Cisco & Fortinet firewalls, load balancers, switches, and access points) across both hosted and on-premise environments. Provide after-hours support for system maintenance, changes, and updates as needed.

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce manual intervention.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation on system configurations, processes, and usage. Generate statistical reports on system availability and performance.

Lead and/or assist with product and service evaluation, recommendation, and vendor negotiations.

Cross-train team members on existing and new technologies.

Manage endpoint device configuration, MDM/Intune, and full product lifecycle (O&M).

Qualifications & Experience

Certifications: CCNA (mandatory), CCNP preferred. Azure Certified Solutions Architect – Professional is a strong plus.

Networking: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with complex, multi-location, multi-vendor, converged voice/data networks. Strong knowledge of Cisco Prime/DNA, DNS, DHCP, and ISP coordination. Firewall :fortinet

Cloud & Virtualization: At least 3 years of proven experience in cloud infrastructure architecture and distributed system design (Azure, AWS, DevOps, Rackspace, etc.). Hands-on experience in VMware and/or Hyper-V administration.

Systems & Security: Proficiency with firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet), IDS/IPS, IPSEC VPN, load balancing (F5 Networks, AWS ELB), and datacenter network administration.

Additional Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Azure cloud services. Strong background in storage architectures (SCSI, RAID, Ethernet) and multi-processor designs (SMP).

Excellent troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and latency analysis skills in large datacenter environments
