Network Engineer

We need someone with strong experience troubleshooting DOCSIS, very familiar with CPE and ONU, and understands DOCSIS holistically. This team works in a lab environment and receives issues that are happening in the field from the Field Operations teams, and they then collect those issues and try to reproduce them in the lab to identify the root cause.

Top 3 Requirements:
•            STRONG experience troubleshooting DOCSIS (not just experience setting it up)
•            Deep knowledge of Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) and Optical Network Unit (ONU)
•            OFDM / OFDMA or ATDMA knowledge
Day to Day/Project:
•            Troubleshoots and resolves escalated Access and CPE device field issues
