Network Engineer

Job Description :

Create Network Change Request in Service Now tool
Map the IP address and port details of the  application in the change request
Create Firewall Port opening requests
Co-ordinate change required on network infrastructure ( Switches/routers/ load balancers )  during migration of business applications
Verify the end to provisioning  and validate the connectivity
Work with SME’s to troubleshoot the connectivity issues
Skills :

Good understanding of IP addressing , IP subnets etc.
Good Knowledge of VLAN , IP routing ( BGP )
Worked on GUI interface of Panorama
Able to  configure the firewall rules on Palo Alto firewalls based on the configuration provided
Familiarity with SNOW tool added plus .
Knowledge of packet capture tools eg. Wireshark etc.
