Network Engineer 2

• We are seeking a Network Administrator to support the daily operations of our enterprise network.
• The ideal candidate will assist in configuring, monitoring, and maintaining network infrastructure while ensuring security and performance.

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist in configuring and maintaining routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues.
• Support implementation of network changes and upgrades.
• Maintain network documentation and inventory.
• Collaborate with IT and support teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Enforce basic network security protocols and access controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in network administration.
• Familiarity with TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco or similar network hardware.
• Basic knowledge of firewalls and network security.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred:

• CCNA or equivalent certification.
• Exposure to cloud networking or virtualization.
• Experience with monitoring tools like PRTG, Wireshark, or SolarWinds
