Description

Strong knowledge and experience of designing complex networks, integrating network systems. Strong experience working with Cisco networking technologies switches, routers, Cloud network technology and related components (ACI/APIC, SD VPN, SD WAN), and wireless networking. Deep knowledge of routing protocols. Experience with Fortigate, ASA, WAN accelerators, video conferencing, and performance monitoring;  must  have a good knowledge of carrier services and interfaces. The ability to interact with other technical groups such as  Solution Architects, DBAs, Security and Technical Architects is critical.

  • Installation of Network devices (Switches, Routers)
  • Configuration changes for Network devices
  • Executing Run Team’s IP & Subnet requests
  • Submit / Complete Change Request
  • Monitoring/Troubleshoot Network devices
  • Configure/Upgrade Network devices
  • Complete HPSM  Requests/Tickets
  • Maintain/Update Documentation
  • Production Support
  • Open/Monitor Circuit tickets
  • Provide General Network Support
