Primary Skills
Networking concepts with NAC deployment experience
Cisco certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CCIE
15+ years of total experience, with the last 3–4 years in team leadership and L3 support
Required Skills & Experience
Strong expertise in Routing & Switching, BGP, and Cisco ASR
Advanced troubleshooting skills in networking technologies
Experience managing large enterprise WAN, LAN, and WLAN networks
Hands-on experience with NAC deployment
Proficient in multi-vendor switches, MPLS, OSPF, and 802.x standards
In-depth knowledge of LAN/WAN support for Access, Aggregation, and Core network layers
Strong understanding of WLAN technologies – wireless controllers & access points
Thorough knowledge of modern service provider TCP/IP networks: MPLS, OSPF, BGP4, STP, RSTP, VTP
Familiarity with MPLS & WAN communication technologies: Internet VPN, SSL VPN
Solid, hands-on experience with routing and switching in enterprise environments
