Typical Day in Role:
- Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.
- Responsible for working on and managing network incidents and tasks associated with the existing set of network monitoring tools.
- Responsible for overall management of applicable network monitoring tools. This includes supporting the resolution of issues with the network, network devices, firewalls and the production of reports.
- Cross-train and support other members of the team.
- Escalate incidents as required and keep management informed of status on major incidents associated with the network monitoring tools.
- Participate in meetings related to incident management.
- Work with partners, vendors and internal design teams on road mapping and implementing any new network monitoring tools.
- Responsible for administering global networks change management, intake and request queue.
- Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
- Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas in accordance, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk.

Candidate Requirements/Must-Have skills:
- 8+ years of working experience as a Network Analyst.
- 3+ years of hands- on technical working experience with networking monitoring tools, such as Algosec (preferred), SevOne, Thousand Eyes, Netscout, Appneta.
- CCNP certified.
- 3+ years of experience in working on various OS including Linux, Windows.
- 3+ years of experience in Cloud environments including Azure and Google
