Skill:
• SME Knowledge of network device installations, hardware modifications for new site commissioning.
• Knowledge of DNS and packet flow operating system for troubleshooting.
• Knowledge on multiple vendors switches and router(Brocade, Nexus, Cisco, Wireless).
• Knowledge on ticketing tools and SLAs.
• Able to work in rostered oncall support for off-business hours and weekends.
• Able to handle Incident calls and involve in troubleshooting with vendors.
• Experience in rigorous vendor coordination.
• SME knowledge on load balancer devices (F5).
• Knowledge on Cloud computing.
Soft Skills:
• Able to work well with various technical groups in infrastructure area.
• Excellent communication, technical understanding and strategic thinking skills are required.
• Must be comfortable speaking up and engaging with a culturally diverse team.
• Assertiveness is a definiteness plus.
• Experience with online Media/Publishing/E-learning platforms and industries a plus.
