COMPUTE AND POWEREDGE
• Expert in server and network infrastructure
• Perform service incident coordination.
• Open service request on behalf of the customer
• Isolate and troubleshoot incidents.
• Manages and reviews log files.
• Participate in root cause analysis review.
• Manage customer and user requests.
• Generate regular operational reports.
• Recommend procedure changes that result in operational optimization.
• Share best practices from other engagements.
• Assists with solution documentation of policies and procedures in conjunction with the compliance manager(s) and with key stakeholders.
Perform any incremental host and network configuration beyond deployment scope
