NetSuite Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with solution architects to evaluate the impact of system changes on downstream work processes and organizational workflows.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to create system design proposals, including models, specifications, diagrams, and charts for technical implementation.
• Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses for proposed systems; research software and hardware solutions to support recommendations.
• Monitor the progress of system development and implementation, document current-state business processes, and perform data analysis to identify gaps or opportunities.
• Assist in developing and executing test cases, produce traceability matrices, and prepare status reports.
• Provide oversight for quality assurance testing and communicate system enhancements to end-users.
• Manage the intake of new project requests, maintain high-level schedules, and complete training to gain full knowledge of existing systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in managing NetSuite configurations, customizations, and dashboards.
• Experience with data migration and integration, including use of ETL tools and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in creating NetSuite Saved Searches and customized reporting.
• Strong skills in data analysis, with the ability to work with large datasets using data analysis tools.
• Attention to detail and a logical, efficient approach to system and process analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, managers, and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business needs into operational and technical requirements.
• Comfortable working independently or under the direction of business relationship managers or project managers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both technical and business language.
• Experience in issue tracking and requirements engineering, using tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW), Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues, manage user roles and permissions, and conduct user training sessions
