NetSuite Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with client stakeholders, Project Managers and internal team members and ensure that new or existing systems meet business requirements and practices and that all application interface issues/concerns are understood, documented, and addressed satisfactorily.
• Works closely with business partners on providing solutions that require managed timelines.
• Prepare / Oversee summarized documentation of developed programs and processes.
• Ensure team members follow established standards.
• Ensure deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Prepares estimates for complex projects to provide management with information needed to accurately forecast project delivery dates.
• Ability to manage multiple clients

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Has 10+ years of experience in managing implementation and optimizations of SaaS ERP for global organizations (NA, EMEA, APAC, LATAM coverage).
• Familiarity with standard process for establishing and managing established Service Level Agreements.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a big plus.
• Familiar with Implementation Methodology (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum fall)
• Experienced in multi-site and multi-country, end-to-end implementations of NetSuite, Oracle Fusion or similar ERP.
• Experience in establishing and maintaining project repository and artifacts (Wiki/JIRA/xRay)
• Strong ability to balance multiple responsibilities and take initiative.
• Ability to perform in a fast paced and highly interactive team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as problem solving skills.
