Netsuite Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced NetSuite Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and support the transformation of data and business processes from NetSuite to Oracle Database. This individual will play a key role in understanding the existing NetSuite environment, mapping the data structures, and collaborating with technical and business teams to successfully migrate and integrate data into Oracle systems.

Key Responsibilities:

•        Act as the primary SME for NetSuite modules including financials, supply chain, procurement, and CRM

•        Lead the end-to-end data migration process from NetSuite to Oracle Database

•        Collaborate with data engineers and DBAs to define data models, mappings, and transformation rules

•        Perform data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and validation

•        Support integration planning and testing between NetSuite and Oracle systems

•        Document system workflows, data lineage, and technical transformation steps

•        Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and completeness

•        Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies or gaps in the migration process

Required Skills & Experience:

•        10+ years of experience with NetSuite ERP, including implementation or customization

•        Strong understanding of NetSuite data structures and reporting tools

•        Proven experience in migrating data from NetSuite to Oracle (Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud Database)

•        Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database concepts

•        Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Fivetran) and scripting (e.g., Python or SuiteScript) is a plus

•        Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

•        Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to Have:

•        Experience with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteScript, or SuiteFlow

•        Oracle certification (e.g., Oracle Data Integrator, Oracle Database Admin)

•        Prior experience working with finance or supply chain teams
