DETAILS:
This role requires an experienced Microsoft .NET Web Developer III (Architect) to design, develop, maintain, and support web applications for employment-related programs. Responsibilities include:
- Developing new distributed web-based applications and modifying existing ones within state-budgeted projects.
- Supporting current systems, such as Wisconsin Work Programs (WWP), CARES Worker Web (CWW), ACCESS, and MyAccess.
- Performing tasks such as analysis, design, coding, testing, quality assurance, user documentation, and training material development.
- Prioritizing candidates with state/federal program experience.
REQUIRED SKILLS (8-10 years+):
- Application architect experience (3+ years).
- .NET development utilizing DB2, SQL Server, or similar (8+ years).
- Angular Framework experience (3+ years).
- Team Foundation Server/GitHub experience (2+ years).
- AJAX, JavaScript, Web Services, and HTML experience (5+ years).
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
- Analytical/problem-solving skills (8 years).
- IIS/ASP.NET/MVC/DB2/Oracle Server systems (8 years).
- Test-driven development (TDD) and unit/system/user testing (3 years).
