.Net Technical Lead

You Are:

UST is searching for a .Net Technical Lead who will lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.

  The opportunity:

·       Architect and implement robust SQL Server databases, including data modeling, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.

·       Develop, maintain, and optimize SSRS reports based on business requirements.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.

·       Guide and mentor junior developers; review code, design, and provide best practices.

·       Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful design.

·       Perform regular code reviews and write unit/integration tests.

·       Drive modernization efforts including code refactoring, automation, and adoption of new tools/technologies.

·       Document technical specifications, user guides, and release notes.

What you need:

·       Mandatory Skills:

·       .NET Framework/Core – C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API

·       SQL Server – Advanced T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning, database design

·       SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) – Report creation, deployment, troubleshooting

·       Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns

·       Experience with enterprise-level application architecture

·       Familiarity with source control systems (e.g., Git, TFS)

·       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
