.Net Project Manager

Core skill required:

In-depth knowledge of .NET core, C#.net, ASP.net, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ, ADO.net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL Server, Angular, RDLC reports.

Proficiency in Angular 14 or higher and related front-end technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, and CSS

Must have good exposure on query writing and DB management for writing stored procedures / user defined functions.

Implement new technologies to maximize application performance.

Should have a solid understanding of Project architecture.

Lead the team. Should be an interface between the team and management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and mentor technical teams.

Primary skills:

Minimum 8 years of experience on Web Application development using C#.net, Entity Framework, LINQ, ADO.Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Jquery

Strong knowledge in DevOps, CI/CD pipeline.

Been a Project Manager and managed a team of 6-10 people for a period of 2 years at least.

Must be able to provide hands on solutions on query writing and DB management for writing stored procedures/ user-defined functions

Should have a very good understanding of project architecture

Programming experience in IT industry primally in product development domain

Excellent in Project Management, Project Control, Project Estimation, Risk Management, Project Scheduling, Project Deadlines, Project Management Tools, Communication, Microsoft Project and Project Leadership.

Should have Quality Management Process implementation skills.

Proficient in generating insightful reports with Excel.

Secondary skills:

Experience in developing a product.

Should have a solid understanding of the SDLC processes (Design, Construction, Testing, Deployment)

Proven experience of delivering the product on-time and with quality.

Should have experience in developing ERP applications or Database Intensive Data Entry application.

Desired Skills:

PMP/CSM certification

Should have experience in Test Driven development using Nunit, Jasmine and Protractor

Experience in project management life cycle process

Hands on experience of configuration management and version maintenance

Prior experience of working in the shipping domain is an added advantage.

Hands on experience in writing technical specifications.
