5+ years of professional experience with ASP.NET Web Forms (VB.NET/C#)
Strong track record of writing clean, maintainable C# and converting VB.NET codebases
Blazor Expertise
Deep understanding of the Blazor Server component model
Razor syntax, lifecycle methods (OnInitializedAsync, OnParametersSet)
Web Forms → Blazor Migration
Hands-on experience migrating Web Forms pages, user controls, and master pages to Blazor components. Familiarity with replacing ViewState/postbacks, UpdatePanels, and server controls with client-friendly patterns
Frontend & Ul
Experience with a modern Blazor component library and building custom components
Strong HTML/CSS skills and responsive design using Bootstrap
Data Access & Services
Proficient with RESTful APIs
Experience refactoring ADO.NET data-access code into DI-friendly services
State Management & DI
Scoped/transient/singleton lifetimes, cascading parameters, and local/session storage interop
