.Net Power BI Developer

Role Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards from various data sources.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and requirements.
Transform data into actionable insights through compelling visualizations.
Design, deploy, and maintain ETL processes to integrate data from multiple systems.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
Implement security measures for data access and ensure data integrity.
Work within Agile teams to improve reporting capabilities and innovate solutions.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on Power BI tools and functionalities.
Maintain documentation related to data sources, reporting structures, and processes.
Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues related to Power BI reports.
Integrate Power BI with Azure services for enhanced data analytics.
Stay current with Power BI updates and enhancements to leverage new features.
Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices in development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements.
Drive continuous improvement in analytics processes through feedback and innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in creating Power BI solutions and reports.
Strong knowledge of the .NET framework and related technologies.
Proficient in SQL Server and database management.
Experience with DAX language for data modeling in Power BI.
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Experience integrating Power BI with Azure services.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
Experience in leading projects and managing stakeholders.
Certifications in Power BI or related technologies are a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
