.NET Lead Developer

Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead to join a dynamic team in King of Prussia, PA. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in .NET Core, Angular/React, JavaScript, and other associated technologies. As a .NET Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using cutting-edge technologies. You will lead a team of developers while ensuring high-quality standards, best practices, and seamless collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of .NET-based applications with a focus on .NET Core, Entity Framework, and .NET MVC.
Design and build RESTful services and .NET Web API applications.
Develop front-end components using Angular, React, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the optimal integration of back-end and front-end components.
Maintain and optimize applications for speed and scalability.
Work with SQL Server databases, including creating stored procedures and optimizing queries.
Implement Kafka for message streaming and real-time data processing.
Leverage Azure Cloud services for hosting and scaling applications (nice to have).
Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the development process and in production environments.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.
Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Nice to Have:

Exposure to Azure Cloud services and deployment.
Experience working in Agile environments.
