.NET DEVELOPER

1. Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer
2. 84 months of experience using Microsoft Visual Studio to develop/maintain applications in C# and/or ASP.NET for n-tier web deployment.
3. 84 months of experience developing and maintaining web applications that utilize HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Cascading Style Sheets.

Desirable Qualifications:  MUST MEET AT LEAST 4 of the 5

1. 84 months of experience with Oracle: Database design, PL SQL coding, stored procedures, packages, indexes, triggers, creating tables, etc.,
2. 84 Months of experience interpreting and analyzing business requirements and building the logic within an application's code to meet those requirements. 
3. 84 Months of experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) application integration including development of secure .Net web-services using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), SOAP/Restful APIs, message and queue processing, and/or an Enterprise Service Bus. Experience in designing & implementing micro services.
4. 48 months of experience developing applications with MVC 5 or later versions.
5. 24 months of experience in designing & implementing CI/CD workflows.
6. 24 Months of experience in health and human services, especially in Integrated Eligibility System programs such as PA, TA, SNAP, HEAP, Fair Hearings, Child Support, etc
