Description

Key Responsibilities:
Application Support and Troubleshooting:
Provide L2/L3 support for applications built on Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, SQL Server, Azure).
Investigate and resolve complex issues related to application performance, connectivity, and functionality.
Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and improvements.
Incident and Problem Management:
Monitor and respond to incidents within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.
Document incidents, resolutions, and knowledge base articles.
Deployment and Maintenance:
Manage application releases, updates, and patches in coordination with DevOps and infrastructure teams.
Ensure version control and proper deployment procedures are followed.
Maintain system health and monitor performance metrics.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during critical incidents.
Provide regular updates and reports on application health and performance.
Collaborate with business teams to gather feedback and improve user experience.
Security and Compliance:
Ensure applications comply with security standards and data protection regulations.
Monitor access controls and application logs for anomalies.
