Job Qualifications

· 10+ years of IT industry experience

· 5+ years of API development experience with Neo4j and NoSQL database like MongoDB.

· Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary technology groups

· Ability to work in an Agile methodology

· Ability to work independently or as part of a group effort, as required

· Solid problem-solving ability

· Excellent communication skills

· A collaborative approach to software development
