Position: Key Account Manager (KAM)

- Work Schedule: 6 days working with rotational shifts (7 am to 9 pm, any 9 hours between)

- Work Arrangement: Work from the office with rotational off

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: Any graduate (10+2+3) with a minimum of 1 year of experience or an MBA fresher

- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Hindi and English

- Versant Level: 4

Salary and Benefits

- MBA Freshers:

    - CTC: Up to ₹25,000 per month

    - Take-home: ₹20,000 per month

- Experienced Candidates:

    - CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month

    - Take-home: Up to ₹25,000 per month

- Quarterly Bonus: ₹4,065

- Apprentice Salary:

    - Freshers: ₹22,500 stipend per month

    - Experienced: ₹27,000 stipend per month

Interview Process

- Required Skills: Candidates will be assessed on their ability to:

    - Calculate percentages (e.g., 10% of 1 lakh)

    - Calculate monthly expenditure (e.g., given distance, petrol cost, and mileage)

    - Calculate discount values (e.g., given MRP, sales value, products sold, and sales price)
