MuleSoft Lead Developer

As a MuleSoft Lead Developer, you will develop and deliver robust, secure, and reusable APIs and integration services. You will work closely with architects and product teams to implement seamless third-party integrations and contribute to solution scalability and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and deploy APIs and integration flows using MuleSoft or other integration tools.
Collaborate with solution architects to implement scalable, secure, and reusable integration patterns.
Work on third-party API consumption and implement mocking frameworks for sandbox environments.
Handle integration edge cases such as retries, timeouts, fallbacks, and transformations.
Ensure all APIs follow OpenAPI/Swagger standards and are well-documented.
Support end-to-end testing with mock data and validate API contract compatibility.
Manage API tokens, client credentials, and secure integrations using OAuth2/JWT.
Participate in code reviews, optimization, and performance tuning.

Required Skills:
3+ years hands-on experience in MuleSoft development (DataWeave, APIKit, RAML).
Solid understanding of API-first design, OpenAPI, Swagger, and REST principles.
Strong experience in third-party API integrations (.NET, Java, NodeJS APIs).
Knowledge of API security, authentication/authorization standards (OAuth2.0, JWT).
Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and Exchange.
Strong debugging skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration scenarios.

Nice to Have:
Experience on Code Connect experience is highly recommended
Exposure to CI/CD tools, Jenkins, GitLab pipelines, and cloud deployment.
Basic understanding of API gateways and infrastructure (Apigee, Kong, AWS API Gateway, etc.).
MuleSoft Developer certification
