MuleSoft Integration Architect

The client is seeking a strategic and hands-on MuleSoft Integration Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. This is both a technical and leadership role, blending architecture, development, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration.

Key Skills & Qualifications Required:

1. Technical Expertise in MuleSoft:

• Deep knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform:
  • API Manager
  • CloudHub 2.0
  • Anypoint Studio
  • DataWeave
• Design and development of APIs, microservices, connectors, orchestration, transformation logic.
• Experience with RESTful and SOAP services, API security, and message queuing systems.

2. Integration Architecture:

• Design and implementation of robust, scalable, secure integration solutions.
• Architecture blueprints, documentation, and adherence to API-led connectivity models.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and hybrid cloud/on-premise solutions.

3. Leadership & Collaboration:

• Lead teams of integration developers, conduct reviews, and provide mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, IT operations, and security.
• Drive and enforce architecture governance, standards, and strategy.

4. Strategic Vision & Innovation:

• Develop and maintain IT architecture roadmaps and migration strategies.
• Identify new technologies and drive digital innovation across the enterprise.
• Ability to assess gaps and build future-state architecture.

5. Programming & Technical Stack:

• Proficiency in Java, Python (or similar).
• Experience with integration technologies, Fusion Middleware, and data format conversions (to JSON).XML 
• Familiarity with mainframe systems, Field Services module, and cloud technologies is a plus.

6. Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, Agile, matrixed environment
