Mulesoft Integration Architect

The MuleSoft Architect drives the integration architecture strategies and execution across the Client’s Enterprise.

As part of the Customer Services IT organization, this role is involved in the implementation of cutting-edge cloud-based integration/CIM platforms, supporting a large set of Client’s stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical hands-on background in integration technologies (Java/J2EE, REST, SOAP, Web Services, Messaging systems, etc.) and extensive knowledge in Enterprise Architecture, API-based design and deployment, API security, and automation.
This position will work closely with business partners to identify and analyze trends, defining the requirements, principles, and models that guide technology decisions.

It requires effective communication and enforcement of technology standards with business partners, alongside a deep understanding of industry trends and the impact and application of existing, new, and emerging technologies.

The role is pivotal in driving digital innovation and developing roadmaps through new technologies and approaches to full strategic business plans.

The Architect ensures that all integration solutions meet the business needs in a scalable, robust and secure manner

Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in integration architecture and development, with a focus on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Proven track record of designing and implementing complex integration solutions in a large or complex organization, preferably in the energy sector.
Deep knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including API Manager, CloudHub 2.0, Anypoint Studio, and DataWeave.
Strong technical skills in Java, Python, or other programming languages relevant to integration development.
Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, API design, microservices architecture, and message queuing systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong understanding of integration technologies and methodologies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience working in a mature Agile development environment, with a highly matrixed, fast-paced set of teams.
Knowledge of field services module, mainframe CIS web services, Fusion Middleware platform, and data conversion from XML payload to JSON are a plus
