Description

Work with Business stakeholders to support and maintain their Analytics infrastructure to reduce incidents

and downtime

 Handle incidents, analyse, troubleshoot and provide root cause analysis along with preventive and

corrective actions

 Working independently with other functional teams for debugging and troubleshooting purposes

 Candidate needs to work in rotational shifts (including on-call, morning, afternoon, night and weekends)

proving round the clock support for keeping the environments running and performing at optimal levels

 Mentor team members and track shifts and assignments for them

 

Work and Technical Experience

Must-have Skills:

 Good experience in MicroStrategy Administration

 Good experience with MicroStrategy tools like Object Manager, Command Manager, System Manager,

Integrity Manager, etc.

 Good experience with functioning of Administration components like Users, User Groups, Security Roles,

Database Instances, ODBCs, Subscriptions, Schedules, Security Filters

 Good experience in designing/debugging Reports, Dashboards and Cubes in MicroStrategy

 Experience in handling incidents and identifying RCAs

 

Good-to-have Skills

 Experience in automating routine tasks in MicroStrategy

 Knowledge of ThoughtSpot (Cloud)/Tableau (Cloud)

 Experience in upgrading BI platforms and designing fault-tolerant systems

 SQL, Alteryx, Snowflake, Databricks

Qualification:

 Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field

 Demonstrated continued learning through one or more technical certifications or related methods

 5+ years of relevant experience in BI tools

 Relevant experience in Retail domain is a bonus
