Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer (Remote)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join our remote team. You will be responsible for the development, customization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and integrations with third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Customize entities, workflows, plugins, and business process flows.

Integrate Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems using APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, etc.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, and QA.

Maintain and upgrade existing CRM systems as per business needs.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the CRM system.

Develop and maintain documentation related to system configuration and customization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Dynamics 365 CE).

Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Strong knowledge of CRM SDK, Web Services, REST/OData endpoints.

Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus).

Experience with DevOps, source control, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform certifications.

Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Exposure to Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service modules.--
