Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Lead to manage and drive end-to-end implementation, customization, and support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers and consultants, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of Dynamics 365 projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Oversee project planning, timelines, resource allocation, and delivery.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Dynamics 365 team.
Customize, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance, etc.).
Ensure successful data migration, integration, and system testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and industry best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and performance optimization.
Document system architecture, processes, and configurations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) implementation and support.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Finance & Operations, Field Service, etc.).
Expertise in customization, configuration, workflows, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate).
Experience with system integration using APIs, Azure services, and third-party tools.
Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Ability to manage and mentor a team of developers and consultants.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (preferred).
