User Access & Security Management: Administer user roles, permissions, and data access levels to ensure proper security and compliance.
Data Integration & Migration: Oversee import/export of data Monitoring & Performance Optimization Track system health, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure platform uptime and responsiveness.
Testing & Deployment Support: Participate in testing new features, upgrades; assist in deploying solutions into production.
Documentation & Training: Maintain documentation on system processes, configurations, and train users or support teams on Dynamics functionality.
Issue Resolution & Technical Support: Serve as first-line support for Dynamics-related issues and coordinate with Microsoft or internal tech teams for resolution.
