MS Dynamics 365 Engineer

🔹 Job Overview
We are seeking a MS Dynamics 365 Engineer with expertise in system configuration, data migration, and financial reporting. This role requires hands-on experience in configuring D365 environments, creating user training materials, UAT scripts, and financial reports, and guiding clients through data transformation and migration. Experience with Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) principles and reporting is highly preferred.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 environments based on functional design documents (Chart of Accounts, Financial Dimensions, Beginning Balances, Reports, etc.).
✅ Develop user training materials, UAT scripts, and financial reports to support system implementation and adoption.
✅ Assist in data transformation and migration to D365, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
✅ Provide ad hoc user training and support throughout all project phases for smooth system deployment.
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business requirements and industry standards.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
✔️ Microsoft Dynamics 365 expertise – hands-on experience in system configuration, data migration, and financial reporting.
✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret functional design documents and develop training materials.
✔️ Experience with governmental accounting principles (GASB standards & reporting preferred).
✔️ Excellent communication skills to provide training and support to end users.
✔️ Ability to work remotely with occasional onsite travel for key project milestones.
