Position Overview: The MS D365 CRM Solution Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing CRM solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in CRM architecture and implementation, with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role requires exceptional technical expertise, strategic planning, and communication skills to drive successful CRM solutions and support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop comprehensive architecture plans, including system integration, data migration, and customization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless CRM implementation and adoption.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and senior management on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Identify and resolve project issues, conflicts, and dependencies, ensuring proactive risk management and problem-solving.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in CRM solutions, integrating this knowledge into project planning and execution.
- Travel as required to meet with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in CRM architecture and implementation, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or CRM architecture are highly desirable.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing large-scale, complex CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, system integration, and data migration strategies.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
