Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business analytics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent experience
3-4 years’ experience with data analysis, descriptive analytics
Experienced with the application of basic statistics and data-analysis in a business environment (trend discovery and analysis, correlation and pattern discovery, text mining, etc.)
Experience in data analytics, advanced analytics, data science or related field
Has advanced level experience using SQL (or Google Big Query), Vertex AI, Python
Understands retail/CPG domain with experience on product, transaction and customer level data
Strong interpersonal communications skills (verbal, presentation and written)
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical and inquisitive mindset
Focused on results and able to work closely with others in collaborative environment

Proficient with data discovery and exploration, strong use of analysis tools
Has intermediate to advanced level Tableau experience in line with descriptive analytics
Has strong data structuring, management, harmonization and analysis experience
Builds end to end analytical solutions and business consumption oriented dashboards
Identifies insights from analyses and proposes recommendations or next best actions
Continues to expand and enhance his technical knowledge and skillset, mentors junior team members and contributes to knowledge sharing and advancement in the org
Directly engages with clients across all project stages of discovery, design, delivery, deployment
