MLOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative MLOps Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our machine learning infrastructure, as well as implementing processes and tools to streamline model deployment and monitoring. This position requires a strong background in machine learning, software engineering, and cloud computing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to design and build scalable machine learning pipelines.
• Develop and maintain automated processes for training, testing, and deploying machine learning models.
• Implement version control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment practices to ensure efficient and error-free model deployment.
• Monitor and troubleshoot model performance, and develop processes for retraining and updating models as needed.
• Design and implement data pipelines to ensure high-quality and reliable data for training and testing models.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and implement best practices to improve our model deployment processes.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Document and communicate technical processes, findings, and recommendations to various stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, or machine learning engineering.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning concepts and techniques, with hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, or Jenkins.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
