  • Have an already setup internal version of their own ChatGPT – will focus on integrating this version into service department
  • They are an international based business with many clients in Europe, etc. and their support team/center sits in Downingtown, where they work from 8:00am-6:00pm
  • Looking to set up chat bots/LLMs so that when a client reaches out after work hours, they are set up for service deflection – I.e – routing to sales, support, provide knowledge articles to the clients to review immediately, and/or come up with a solution to let the client know they will be contacted in the morning
  • Already have a baseline for this, primarily looking for someone to come in and accelerate it
  • All is built through Einstein
  • Ideally want to be able create a chatbot to effectively handle clients’ needs or pass information appropriately to the support team so they are covering their client base 24/7
