ML Engineer

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills:Over 5 years of experience working in machine learning, data science, or AI .
• Hands-on experience with MLOps tools and workflows .
• Strong coding skills in Python, R, or Scala, with solid experience using ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn .
• Build and roll out machine learning models to help with things like customer insights, profitability, and optimizing the balance sheet.
• Work with both structured and unstructured data, applying techniques such as natural language processing, deep learning, and time-series modeling.
• Deploy models into production environments using established MLOps practices.
• Comfortable coding in Python, R, or Scala, and well-versed in ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with big data tools (like Hadoop and Spark) and working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with risk modeling, capital frameworks, and regulatory compliance in the banking sector is a plus
