We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Management Information Systems (MIS) Analyst with 8 to 16 years of proven expertise. As an MIS Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to support decision-making processes within the organization.Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to mine, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization tools to track key performance indicators and metrics

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis

- Interpret complex data sets and communicate findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Key Skills:

- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Solid understanding of database management systems and data warehousing concepts

- Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field

- Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or MBA) preferred

- Certifications in data analysis or business intelligence tools are a plus
