Middleware Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled TIBCO Integration Specialist to join our technology team. You will play a critical role in designing and developing robust, secure, and scalable integration solutions using TIBCO BW, EMS, and other middleware technologies. This role demands not only strong hands-on expertise, but also architectural thinking and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) and Enterprise Messaging Service (EMS).
Implement secure data transmission using SSL Certificates, cryptography, and authentication mechanisms.
Develop SOAP/RESTful services, handle synchronous/asynchronous JMS messaging patterns.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications using TIBCO Administrator, Hawk, AppManage, and BuildEAR.
Optimize solutions for performance (CPU/Memory) and ensure high availability/failover.
Write and maintain shell scripts, work in *nix environments, and integrate CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align integration strategies with business objectives.
Required Skills & Expertise:

TIBCO BW 5.x/6.x, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO Administrator, TIBCO Hawk
Proficient in XPATH, XSD, JSON/XML conversion, and Web Services
Strong grasp on communication protocols – JMS, REST, SOAP, TCP
Proficient in Unix/Linux shell scripting
Exposure to Java programming for custom plug-ins
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, GIT, and SDLC best practices
Knowledge of application security standards and compliance
Background in Banking or Financial Services domain is a strong plus
