Mid-Senior UI Developer

Global Entertainment Company is seeking a Mid-Senior UI Developer for a long-term contract opportunity in Los Angeles.

Minimum 8 years of experience working as a UI Developer on Large complex project.

Key Responsibilities:

*          Design and implement responsive, modular, and maintainable UI components using Angular and associated libraries like DevExpress, Ag-Grid.

*          Translate product design wireframes and prototypes from tools such as Figma into high-quality code.

*          Collaborate closely with UX designers, Technical Lead and backend developers, QA, and product managers.

*          Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and accessibility.

*          Maintain code quality through proper documentation, unit testing, and best practices.

*          Mentor junior developers, by participating in code reviews, design discussions.

Technical Skills

*          Language: HTML, CSS/SCSS/LESS, Typescript/Javascript

*          Frameworks: NodeJS, Angular, React

*          Libraries (Optional): DevExpress, Ag-Grid, Materials Icons

*          Unit Tests: Angular, Jasmine

*          Version Control: Proficiency in using Git or other version control systems is essential for collaborative development and code management.

*          CI/CD: Experience with build and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and npm or similar tools

*          Tools: Figma, JIRA

*          Solid understanding of SDLC process with good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Education

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science or a related discipline is typically preferred
