Description

Working day

  • The requirement is for the Production Support Consultants to work across shifts required to facilitate 24hrs coverage during weekdays, coupled with on-call availability at weekends.

Assessment Notes

  • Right attitude + Mandatory technical skillset + Communication skills + Must have enterprise level experience, 4-6yrs

Skills (Essential)

  • Ability to triage, manage and resolve technical issues.
  • Working knowledge of cross cutting technologies (Java, microservices, Tanzu / Kubernetes, Kafka, DataStage, MarkLogic, Oracle, SQL).
  • Experience of technical working practices (DevOps CI/CD pipelines, knowledge of distributed tracing, Kibana & Dynatrace dashboarding, Power BI).
  • Experience in utilizing and performing minor developments to existing support scripts.
  • Working knowledge of Service-Now version Vancouver or later
  • Strong verbal communication skills.

Detail Oriented.

  • Self-organizing and able to act under own initiative.

Collaborate

  • Participate in and be the voice of support in program increment
  • planning and prioritization sessions when needed

Skills (Desirable)

  • Experience of supporting Fund Services business applications.
  • Experience of working as part of an agile scrum team.
  • Exposure to script writing and basic development activity.
