The requirement is for the Production Support Consultants to work across shifts required to facilitate 24hrs coverage during weekdays, coupled with on-call availability at weekends.

Skills (Essential)
Ability to triage, manage and resolve technical issues.
Working knowledge of cross cutting technologies (Java, microservices, Tanzu / Kubernetes, Kafka, DataStage, MarkLogic, Oracle, SQL).
Experience of technical working practices (DevOps CI/CD pipelines, knowledge of distributed tracing, Kibana & Dynatrace dashboarding, Power BI).
Experience in utilizing and performing minor developments to existing support scripts.
Working knowledge of Service-Now version Vancouver or later
Strong verbal communication skills.
Detail Oriented.
Self-organizing and able to act under own initiative.

planning and prioritization sessions when needed
Skills (Desirable)
Experience of supporting Fund Services business applications.
Experience of working as part of an agile scrum team.
