Microsoft SQL Server Data Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Create and manage complex SQL queries and stored procedures to support data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Ensure data quality and integrity across various data sources and systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
• Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
• Document data processes, workflows, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and SSRS.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other data integration and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
• Certification in SQL Server or related technologies .
