Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Develop workflows, dashboards, and reports to streamline business processes and enhance data visibility.
- Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot existing Power Platform solutions.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems, including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and third-party applications.
- Ensure solutions meet security and compliance standards.
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end-users.
Technical Environment:
- MS Office 365, MS Power Platform, SharePoint.
3 Must-Haves:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint and Teams.
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles and best practices for creating user-friendly applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and create scalable solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
- Knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, or Python for extending Power Platform capabilities.
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Apps + Dynamics 365)
