Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (Power BI, MS SQL, SSIS, SSRS).
Strong expertise in Power BI report and dashboard development.
Proficiency in SQL and database performance optimization.
Foundational Knowledge:
Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and data analytics principles.
Experience with Agile development methodology.
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills:
Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability, creativity, and a collaborative mindset.
Experience & Qualifications:
8+ years of consulting or industry experience, with at least 5 years in Microsoft BI stack development.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in estimating effort and costs for BI solutions.
