Support and drive the clients MS Office 365 DevOps technical direction.
Participate in blogging and social media on technical topics related to Office 365.
Provide innovative and practical technology solutions.
Maintain awareness of Office 365 roadmap and releases.
Maintain an awareness of Office 365 third-party solutions.
Work with In-house and consultant teams to get the solutions implemented.
Support with sales and pre-sales to build and provide appropriate solutions and demos for the proposals.
Guide and mentor junior team members.
Lead technical projects related to Office 365.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Required Skills
Working knowledge of / familiarity with ITIL. Certification to ITIL Foundation level is a minimum.
Working knowledge of / familiarity with Project Management principles. Certification to Prince 2 Foundation level is a minimum.
Expert knowledge of all the different workloads of Microsoft 365 – Includes SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, Power Platform, OneDrive, Planner, Streams, and SharePoint on-premises
Knowledge of Power BI a plus.
Should be self-starter who can take the projects from start to finish with minimum guidance from executive team.
High degree of technical knowledge of relevant architectures.
Required Experience
A minimum of 10 years of IT experience with a minimum of 5 years experience delivering Office 365 solutions.
Previous industry experience with multinational companies beneficial of significant scale Office365 experience especially AIP experience.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field.
