Microsoft Dynamics Office 365 Technical Consutant

1. Develop custom plugins, workflows, and scripts to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 CRM.
2. Customize and configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and reports in Dynamics 365 CRM.
3 Implement role-based security models and manage access control within the CRM environment.
4. System Integration:
Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions.
5. Work with Azure services, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and third-party tools to facilitate data integration and process automation.
6. Data Migration and Management:
Perform data migration tasks, including data mapping, cleansing, and importing into Dynamics 365 CRM.
7. Manage data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
Create and maintain data models, entities, and relationships in Dynamics 365 CRM.
8. Support and Maintenance:
Provide technical support for Dynamics 365 CRM, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
