Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Dynamics365 Customer Engagement (CE) to join our team and play a critical role in the rollout of Dynamics365 CE. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant project that includes testing, user training, hyper-care support, and troubleshooting, ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of the system. The project will involve working closely with local teams and end-users to deliver a seamless experience.
Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support for the Dynamics365 CE rollout in Mexico, focusing on maximizing user adoption and ensuring smooth ongoing operations. 
Execute end-to-end testing of the Dynamics365 CE system, identifying and resolving any issues prior to and during the rollout. 
Develop and deliver user training materials and sessions in Spanish to empower end-users with the knowledge and skills to effectively utilize Dynamics365 CE. 
Provide dedicated hyper-care support immediately following go-live, swiftly addressing and resolving any issues reported by end-users. 
Work closely with Spanish-speaking teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring clear communication and effective problem-solving. 
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation, including SOPs for common issues and processes. 
Identify opportunities to improve the system and processes based on user feedback and ongoing monitoring.


Requirements:

10+ years of experience working with Dynamics365 CE, with a strong understanding of its core modules (Sales, Field Service, Case Management). 
Solid technical background in the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), C#, and JavaScript. 
Proven experience in Dynamics365 CE rollout support, including post-go-live stabilization. 
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues
