Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Lead Engineer

🔹 Job Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Lead Engineer to drive implementation, migration, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and integrating D365 applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch solutions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing, Finance, Operations, etc.).
✅ Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into system functionality.
✅ Customize D365 workflows, forms, views, dashboards, and reports to align with business needs.
✅ Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and timely resolutions for system issues.
✅ Develop and manage data migration processes from legacy systems to D365.
✅ Perform system integrations with third-party applications.
✅ Conduct user training and create documentation for end-users.
✅ Manage system upgrades, patches, and maintenance while ensuring optimal performance.
✅ Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test, and deploy enhancements in D365.
✅ Stay updated on new D365 features and recommend improvements.

🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
✔️ Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
✔️ Strong knowledge of CRM and Operations business processes.
✔️ Hands-on experience in customizing & configuring D365 applications (workflows, forms, custom entities).
✔️ Proficiency in Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI).
✔️ Experience with Dynamics 365 online & on-premise versions.
✔️ Strong knowledge of SQL, SSRS, and Power BI for reporting & analytics.
✔️ Familiarity with Microsoft Azure & cloud-based solutions.
✔️ Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
✔️ Strong communication skills for working with both technical & non-technical teams.

🔹 Preferred Skills
➕ Microsoft Dynamics Certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Finance & Operations).
➕ Experience with PowerApps & Power Automate for building custom solutions.
➕ Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
➕ Experience with DevOps practices in D365.
➕ Hands-on experience with Python or .NET (Good to have).
