We are looking for a Microsoft D365 CE Sr. Technical Consultant with solid expertise in configuring and extending Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform
- Participate in the design and architecture sessions with the clients, gather and document business processes and requirements for the project
- Assist with architecting the CRM/CE systems, related customizations, portals, and reports to model the client\'s organizational process
- Hands-on experience in Development/Implementation projects
- Should have strong communication and experience with handling customers globally.
- Installation, System Configuration & Security Implementation
- Experience in JavaScript/ CRM Web API/Plugin/Workflow/Action/ 365CRM Portal Development
- Experience in Power Platform , Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, CDS services(Microsoft Dataverse),
- PowerApp portals and Azure Services and Azure Web API hosting
- Hands on Experience in CRM/CE Upgradations, Data Migrations, Integrations.
- Knowledge in SQL & Fetch based queries to develop SSRS reports.
- Data migration using SSIS/Scribe/Custom Application
- Experience in Web API/.NET/ jQuery development
- Dynamics CE/365 Integration/Migration experience (exp. With tools such as SSIS, Scribe etc.)
- Experience in ASP.NET & C#, Java script, jQuery, SQL, XML, HTML, CSS, Web Services.
- Solid hands-on in CRM Configuration (Forms, Fields, Workflows, Actions, Business Rules, Security, Business Process Flows, Plugins, Flows)
- Adequate understanding of CE business processes/flows across various modules
- Experience and knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, Field Service and PSA Implementation.
- Experience and knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps and CRM portal Implementation.
- Experience and knowledge of PowerBI , MS Forms, Surveys, Flows/Power Automate Implementations.
- Hands on experience in extending system by developing & consuming Webservices, WebAPIs
- Guide projects along through daily communications with the customer or project manager
- Participate in informal or formal design and architecting sessions with fellow consultants
- Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows
- Developing SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL and FetchXML
- Working with internal support members to resolve technical issues with servers, ETL packages, SQL, SSRS and other related technologies to the internal CRM system
- Maintain code repository, VSTS backlog and source control
- Effectively utilize SDK and 3rd party tools such as XRMToolbox for administration of CRM system
