Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Lead implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 Sales module for enterprise clients
Conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and map them to Dynamics capabilities
Customize entities, forms, BPFs, workflows, and plug-ins
Configure advanced sales features: lead management, opportunity tracking, forecasting, reporting
Integrate CRM with third-party tools and internal systems
Develop using JavaScript, Power Automate, custom workflows, and plug-ins
Provide technical documentation and post-deployment support
Strong communication and client engagement skills
Must be able to work independently and solve complex problems
